How to Pay with Prime Pay

Paying through Prime Pay is fast, secure, and hassle-free. Whether you’re recharging your phone, paying bills, sending money, booking travel, or shopping online — Prime Pay gives you multiple convenient ways to pay.

1. UPI Scan & Pay

Steps:

  • Open the Prime Pay app.

  • Tap on “Scan QR” from the home screen.

  • Scan the merchant/customer’s UPI QR code.
  • Enter the amount and add a note (optional).

  • Select your linked bank account.

  • Enter UPI PIN to confirm.

2. Mobile Recharge & Bill Payments

Services Covered:

  • Prepaid/Postpaid Mobile

  • Electricity, Water, Gas

  • Broadband, DTH, Landline

  • FASTag, LPG, Insurance Premiums

Steps:

  • Go to “Recharge & Bill Pay” in the app.

  • Choose the service category.

  • Enter your mobile/consumer number.

  • Select amount or plan.

  • Choose payment mode (UPI, Wallet, Card, Bank).

  • Tap “Pay Now”.

3. Send Money to Bank/UPI

Steps:

  • Tap on “Send Money”.

  • Choose UPI ID, Mobile Number, or Bank Account.

  • Enter recipient details and amount.

  • Add remarks (optional).

  • Confirm using UPI PIN.

4. Loan Repayment or EMI

Steps:

  • Go to “My Loans” or Loan Dashboard.

  • Choose active loan.

  • Tap “Pay EMI”.

  • Choose payment mode (UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking).

  • Complete the payment and get receipt instantly.

⚠️ Late payments may attract charges. Always pay on or before due date.

5. Insurance Premium Payment

Steps:

  • Navigate to “My Insurance” section.

  • Tap on the active policy.

  • Click “Pay Premium”.

  • Choose amount, mode and proceed.

📄 PDF receipts and policy updates are sent to your email and in-app inbox.

6. Travel & Hotel Booking Payments

Steps:

  • Select Flight, Train, Bus, or Hotel from home screen.

  • Enter travel details and search.

  • Select preferred option and review fare.

  • Tap “Proceed to Pay”.

  • Choose mode and confirm.

7. Prime Soundbox & FD Card Payments

For Soundbox Subscription or Rental:

  • Go to Soundbox Dashboard → Tap “Pay Now”

  • Complete payment using UPI, wallet, or bank

For FD Card Deposit:

  • Go to FD Card Section

  • Enter desired amount (min ₹1,000 to ₹1,00,000)

  • Choose tenure and payment method

  • Confirm to receive instant virtual card
