  • OTPs and verification codes are never requested by our team over phone/email

4. User Responsibilities

For Prime Pay to remain a safe ecosystem, we request users to:

  • Never share OTPs, passwords, or PINs with anyone — including people claiming to be from Prime Pay

  • Use strong passwords and enable biometric lock where available

  • Immediately report lost devices or unauthorized transactions

  • Avoid using public Wi-Fi for sensitive transactions

5. Reporting Concerns

If you experience or suspect any of the following:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Account compromise

  • Unrecognized charges

  • Suspicious messages/emails
