1. Introduction

Welcome to Prime Pay, India’s all-in-one digital fintech super app. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, products, services, and features provided by Prime Finverse Private Limited (“Prime Pay”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • An Indian citizen or resident,

  • At least 18 years of age,

  • Legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.

Business users must have valid registration documents (GST, PAN, etc.).

3. Registration and KYC

To use financial services on Prime Pay, users must:

  • Register with a valid mobile number.

  • Complete mandatory KYC using Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, etc.

  • Provide a live selfie, address proof, or biometric verification when needed.

We reserve the right to reject incomplete or fraudulent applications.

4. Services Offered by Prime Pay

4.1 UPI Scan & Pay

  • Enables fast peer-to-peer and merchant payments using NPCI-compliant UPI rails.

  • Linked to your verified bank account.

  • Transaction limits, charges, or downtime may be imposed by NPCI or partner banks.

  • Prime Pay is not responsible for failed or delayed bank responses.

4.2 Bill Payments & Recharges

  • Covers Mobile, DTH, Electricity, Water, Gas, Broadband, FASTag, etc.

  • Powered by BBPS and verified bill aggregators.

  • Ensure correct consumer ID entry; incorrect details are not refundable.

4.3 Credit Score

  • Provided through authorized credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, etc.).

  • Requires PAN and mobile number linked to credit profile.

  • Score accuracy and update timing is governed by the credit bureau, not Prime Pay.

4.4 Loans (Personal, Business, EV, Instant)

  • Loans facilitated via RBI-registered Banks/NBFCs.

  • Prime Pay only acts as a sourcing or lead partner.

  • Loan approval is subject to lender’s internal checks.

  • Prime Pay does not influence approval, disbursement, or interest rate policies.

4.5 Insurance (Health, Life, Motor, General)

  • Offered in partnership with IRDAI-approved insurance providers.

  • Prime Pay is not an insurance underwriter.

  • Premium amount, coverage, claims, and settlement process governed by the insurer.

  • We do not accept any liability for delayed or denied claims.

4.6 Credit Cards & FD Cards

  • Credit cards are issued by bank/NBFC partners as per their approval policies.

  • FD Cards:

    • Maximum limit: ₹1,00,000

    • Interest: Up to 7.99%

    • Comes with a virtual or physical prepaid card

    • FD may have lien-based restrictions until maturity

4.7 Booking Services

  • Travel bookings (Flight, Train, Bus), Hotel reservations, and Metro recharges via authorized travel APIs and aggregators.

  • Cancellation, rescheduling, refund policies depend on service provider rules.

4.8 Rewards, Coupons & Refer & Earn

  • Referral program allows you to earn cashback or wallet rewards for inviting users.

  • Misuse of referral system, fake accounts, or manipulation will result in suspension.

  • Coupons and cashback schemes are limited-time promotions and subject to terms.

4.9 UPI Sound Box

  • Hardware device for merchants to receive audio alerts on UPI transactions.

  • Setup charges, rental, and maintenance apply as per plan.

  • Warranty void in case of physical damage or tampering.

4.10 Prime ATM

  • Enables Aadhaar-based and card-less withdrawals via partner networks.

  • Requires biometric authentication and bank linking.

  • Daily limits may be imposed by NPCI or banking partners.

4.11 EV Sales & Loan

  • Prime Pay connects users with certified EV sellers and loan partners.

  • Vehicle warranties, servicing, EMI terms are handled by the respective manufacturer/financier.

  • Prime Pay is not liable for any after-sale issues or delivery delays.

5. Fees & Charges

  • Many services are free; however, some may include:

    • Service or convenience fees

    • Card issuance and delivery charges

    • Loan processing or insurance premium fees

    • Sound box rental or deposit

All applicable charges are disclosed before you proceed with the transaction.

6. Use of Third-Party Services

Prime Pay partners with RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, and NPCI-regulated entities for service delivery. You agree to also be bound by their terms. Prime Pay will not be liable for failures caused by external service providers.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Do not use services for unlawful activities or financial fraud.

  • Immediately report unauthorized transactions to us via email or app support.

  • Use real, verifiable documents and do not impersonate anyone.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is secured using industry-standard encryption. Prime Pay complies with India’s applicable data protection laws. We do not sell user data and only share it with third parties for legitimate business or regulatory reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

All website/app content, trademarks, branding, text, design, and technology belong to Prime Finverse Private Limited. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any part without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prime Pay will not be liable for:

  • Bank downtimes or transaction failures

  • Inaccurate information from third parties

  • Financial loss due to negligence or misuse by the user

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability under any claim shall not exceed ₹1,000.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Pay, its employees, and affiliates from any loss, liability, or legal expense arising from your use of the services or breach of these terms.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

Prime Pay reserves the right to:

  • Suspend your account if fraudulent activity is detected

  • Terminate access if you breach any clause in these Terms

  • Deny service for non-compliance with KYC or regulatory norms

You may also request account deactivation via email.

13. Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website/app. Continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms may be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand or any other competent court in India, as permitted by law.
